- All information shared during the meetings (FORUMS), referrals, or business discussions is strictly confidential.
- Members must not disclose client details, pricing, or business strategies outside the network.
- Any breach of confidentiality may result in immediate termination of membership.
4Category Exclusivity (Compete Rule)
Two or more professionals may operate within the same business category in the network. However, referrals will be given solely at the discretion of each individual member.
The network will not interfere in internal competition or referral decisions between members of the same category.
Key Principles
- Members are free to choose whom they refer based on trust, experience, and relationship.
- No member can claim exclusive rights over a category.
- Healthy competition is allowed, but professionalism must be maintained at all times.
5Business Lead (BL) Policy
- Leads must be genuine, verified, and relevant.
- Members should avoid sharing fake or low-quality referrals.
- In case of large opportunities, members may collaborate with approval.
6Attendance & Punctuality
- Members must attend meetings regularly and be punctual.
- Late arrivals may disrupt the session and reduce effectiveness.
- Repeated absence may lead to review of membership.
- If a member is unable to attend, a proxy representative may attend with prior approval.
- Proxy details must be shared with the Admin/Coordinator in advance.
7AProxy Policy
Policy Revision 1 · April 2026 - A proxy does not permit you to nominate your staff or colleagues to represent you in all forums on a regular basis.
- Proxies are allowed only in case of genuine emergencies and should not become a routine practice.
- A maximum of one proxy is permitted per quarter.
- Apologies for absence must be communicated to the Admin Executive before the meeting.
- All official communication should follow the group’s approved channels (e.g., WhatsApp / email).
- Membership fees and any dues must be paid on time.
- Delays may result in suspension of member privileges.
- Give before you expect to receive.
- Provide complete and accurate information when giving referrals.
- Follow up responsibly and maintain professionalism.
- Each member needs to invite a minimum of 1 guest per quarter, which is mandatory.
- Guests must be a Crescent Alumni and a potential contributor to the network.
- Final approval lies with the coordinators.
11AGuest Policy
Policy Revision 1 · April 2026 - Non-alumni guests are not permitted to participate in the forum.
- Non-alumni speakers/mentors are welcome; however, members must obtain prior approval from the coordinators and schedule a specific time slot for them. They will be allowed into the forum hall only during their allotted time. Members are requested not to invite them into the hall outside this scheduled duration.
- Registration for both alumni and non-alumni guests must be completed by the inviting member using the separate QR code provided in the fee structure sheet.
- Alumni attending as guests will be permitted only once in that capacity. To attend future forums, they must enroll as members.
The Co-Ordinator/Admin Team’s decision is final in all matters including disputes, approvals, and policy enforcement.

15Crescent Connect — CC (1-2-1 Meeting)
Policy Revision 1 · April 2026 - Members are expected to actively participate in Crescent Connect (CC) by completing a minimum of six CCs per quarter. Each session should last between 30 to 60 minutes, allowing sufficient time to thoroughly understand each other’s businesses.
16Record Maintenance
Policy Revision 1 · April 2026 - Kindly ensure that all details are accurately and sincerely recorded for Crescent Connect (CC), Attendance, Opportunity Slip (OS), Realised Business (RB), and the Guest Alumnus Record. Please also make sure to obtain the co-ordinator’s attestation wherever required.
- Maintaining these records diligently helps us document our proceedings effectively and enables us to showcase our activities in newsletters, which in turn helps attract new members to our network.
17Welcome Kit Is Mandatory
Policy Revision 1 · April 2026 - All members must carry their Organizer / Log Book and wear their badge and ID cards at all forums and CABN events without exception.
18Multiple Business Representation
Policy Revision 1 · April 2026 - Members are allowed to register under one or more business categories. However, each category will be treated as a separate registration, and a separate membership fee must be paid for each.
- If a conflict or competition arises within a particular category, you may choose to withdraw that specific business registration. Your memberships in the remaining categories will continue to remain valid.
